Interlibrary Loan

I scheduled a reservation in our large meeting room and called Doris Keck to learn how to delete it. She wasn't in so I left a message. However! In her answering machine message, she said to cancel a room you could leave her a message with the room info and she would take care of it. Whenever I need to cancel a room reservation, I email her. I asked her to let me know if there is a different way of doing this.
